Christophe is originally from Lyon, France, but has called Edinburgh, Scotland home for the past 4.5 years. He recently landed a great job in Glasgow as a biologist, where he’ll be enduring the 1.5hr commute to work everyday from his home in Edinburgh until he permanently moves to Glasgow in September. Over a great salmon dinner and a few Stella canned beers, we learned that Christophe is a big fan of the show True Detective. Although he speaks English well, he said he had a very hard time understanding the thick Louisiana accents in the show! Christophe was kind enough to wake up from his nap to snap a quick photo with us. It had been a long first day at his new job.
