Shahzad works at one of the best Indian/Pakistani restaurants I’ve ever been to. If you find yourself in Angers, France, then you’d be crazy not to eat at Le Punjab. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing the food is. Just go there! Shahzad’s cousin owns the restaurant, and he came to Angers via Pakistan just over two years ago to work in the restaurant. He mentioned that he absolutely loves working in France, and couldn’t be happier. Our conversation was short and sweet, so I’ll make up for the lack of details by advising you that if you find yourself at Le Punjab, get the garlic naan, with the spinach and potato curry. You won’t regret it!
