Max

Max

Max is a server at the “world-renowned” Hotel Sacher in Vienna, Austria. This hotel and cafe is widely considered an institution in regards to traditionally serving some of the best “Sachertorte” on the planet. Sachertorte is a specific type of chocolate cake invented by Austrian Franz Sacher. It was originally invented in 1832 as a delight for Prince Wenzel Von Metternich to enjoy. Ever since then, it has been considered a Viennese specialty. It’s so special in Vienna, that they have even declared December 5th National “Sachertorte Day”. Max informed us that every single day in Vienna, it is estimated that 1,200 complete cakes are consumed, each cake possessing 12 slices. Max has been serving in the Hotel Sacher for roughly a year, and had to undergo an intense three-month training process just to officially be considered for the job. The Viennese take their Sachertorte very seriously, and if you ever get the chance to enjoy it, you should too! It’s delicious!

Musically,
