Csat (pronounced like “shot”) is another Thai street food vender we met on our 1st wedding anniversary (we went super fancy as you can see)! He is the proud owner of his very own “street restaurant”. He opened his “doors” six months ago and from the looks of it, has done very well for himself. His seating of plastic tables and chairs were packed for a Sunday night in Bangkok, where street vendors compete ferociously for your business. Prior to becoming a business owner, Csat worked at a local hotel as a bell man, greeting and helping guests. He was excited to hear that we lived in Nashville, where “Jack Daniels” and “music” rule the land, so he heard (he is right after all). His food was delicious and we even went for round two the night after!
