Hello there! My name sake is in Northern Ireland. . . . Londonderry!! Stacey may not recall the story of how I got my middle name (Deri) but there is a good story behind it. Ask someone in Ireland about it. . . . we still dream of this dessert from when we visited over 10 years ago. One of the BEST!
